Cal. 214. Made in 1969 this is a battery operated watch with tuning fork design. This was one of the first accurate battery watches, using a tuning fork design the battery sends a vibration up the fork to move the hands at just the right speed. You can hear this watch hum. Case is all stainless steel with screw on back. Original dial is green and looks like the sky with many stars. This is Original and not damaged or dirty it is very nice original and has the day at 12 and date at 6 with silver raised markers with luminous dots and the perfect shiny silver hands have luminous centers. This one has Accutron marked winding crown. The band is new black water resistant leather. I have been watching this one for a week and it is running well this watch keeps very good time. Will send a new extra battery with it.

The case is 14k yellow gold filled and is marked on the inside: "14k gold D & A. Eterna. 183." The case back is inscribed with the following engraving: Dominion Glass Company Club Quart de Siecle P. Cholette 1950. The dial is silver and the markers are gold applied except for the "12" , "3", "6", "9" - which are painted-on black Arabic numerals. The second hand is sunken at the "6" position. The band is a brown leather strap.
